Tieback Wall Pictures
Highland Avenue Grade Separation Project:
A 20 foot high tieback wall was constructed in front of an existing cold storage building for the Highland Avenue Grade Separation Project. This wall was constructed in four lifts using tiebacks anchored against a shotcrete facing. An architectural facing was added to the outside of the wall to match the adjacent cantilevered concrete retaining walls. The wall was designed by AECOM for the City of Fullerton, California.
Interstate 10 Widening Project:
Tieback walls were constructed in front of several existing roadway bridges for the Interstate 10 Widening Project. The walls were constructed using tiebacks anchored against a shotcrete facing. An architectural facing was added to the outside of the walls to match the adjacent soil nail walls. These walls were designed by AECOM for San Bernardino Associated Governments.
